What we did have an issue with was the condition of our room! Damaged furniture, ripped duvet, poor quality linen, broken handles, broken sliding bathroom door, broken cabinets, greasy headboard, etc. For $400 a night this is just obscene! Breakfast was very poor too, literally nothing was left and was a chaotic mess!

Everything was super cleaned the staff was all super kind. Great stay until last day, there was a 5am false alarm fire alarm. All 7 floors had to evacuate. But nobody was hurt, everything was safe. (I know that's not their fault.) But with rooms with kitchens in them, it's bound to happen. Over all great stay, pretty good breakfast there as well and loads of other places to eat in walking distance.
