We were in Chapel Hill to drop off my daughter for a pre college summer program. This hotel was a true value. The breakfast was good (although I wish they'd usee fewer disposable flatware) and the staff was friendly. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and well cared for.

The property is new, so it is in very good condition and it was very clean. Staff was great and helpful. The only thing is that the air conditioner was not working in our room, so we had to change rooms, what was a bit inconvenient. Besides that, everything else was good. Parking was $6,50/day

The property is nice and easy access. The parking lot is on the property and it is not a parking garage and they charge $6.50 a day. Just don’t understand that one. I can see my car from my window in my room.

The property appeared fairly new but was non descript. The room was clean and nice. Unwelcome surprise: guests now required to pay for parking. The parking lot is not even gated or monitored for safety; just purely an extra fee.
