I spent way too much time trying to pay for the new parking fee. The process was difficult. The staff didn’t really know how to handle but really seemed to try. I am still trying to figure out my invoice and pending charges to my credit card. I strongly object to a parking charge to begin with. If that is necessary it should be added to the price of the room. I chose this hotel because online it said parking was free.
Our room was clean and sufficient. Only hot water was available in the sink. Very hot water. The bath towels rolled up on the shelf under the sink, never used by us were damp. I notified front desk by text and we had good towels within 15 minutes. Shower was great.
Loved having fresh coffee in the lobby.
Not sure I will return. Paid just over $169 for king room. Still not sure my invoice is correct due to the parking charge problem. Keeping an eye on the pending charge before calling. Awful lot of trouble for one night.
