The mattress was extremely hard and outdated. I wouldn’t normal complain but when you pay over $200 a night, it should be more comfortable. The room was clean enough and the staff were great. You could hear the people above you stomping around.

Room was nice, beds comfy, coffee delicious! The staff was AWESOME! Shower was great but flooring was subpar due to water from shower going into bathroom floor. The division between the shower and floor needs to be addressed due to potential falling on wet bathroom floor.

Really nice, modern, simplist, and environmentally conscious line of hotels. Loved it's unique flair to the area of Garner. Enjoyed the pool with the kids. Clean rooms and nice bathrooms. Wonderful breakfast selection. Only complaints were the pillow quality (lacked support altogether) and the wood floors are not conducive for absorbing sound. Would stay again though no doubt.
