Bathroom had hairs on the ground beds were not very clean room smelt of cigarettes when we first got there, we didn’t have to check out until 12 and cleaning ladies took out food from our room when we haven’t checked out yet and told us not to get on the beds even thought we hadn’t checked out yet and wouldn’t leave the room when we were trying to shower

Compared to another hotel I stayed at just up the street for the same price, this facility is 5 stars. Clean, quiet, convenient, close to my office, friendly and helpful staff, facility is well taken care of, and parking is free and easy. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

Convenient, but not the stars that the reviews had
We asked to move from this room due to the marijuana smell and the cleaning smell from trying to get out the marijuana smell. The room really smelled bad. The halls also smelled of marijuana. The room they wanted to move us to had a recliner that was heavily stained and a TV that was super small. The hotel is definitely showing it's age and the furniture need to be updated and the rooms deep cleaned.

Everything was great except for the food. The breakfast second day was inedible. First day it was not great, but it was edible (egg/omelette patties, and sausage patties), the second day (pork breakfast sausage and what should have been scrambled eggs) was horrible. Eggs were watery and grainy at the same time, and tasted really bad.

The airport shuttle service was not running when I landed. The breakfast was very poor. No pastries; bread was limited to stale slices of white bread; the coffee machine did not appear to be working. Fruit was limited to 6 oranges.
