Checked in and all the facilities, cups and cutlery were dirty. Needed to wash everything. Smear marks, coffee stains, cutlery had remains of food on. No blinds or privacy voile on windows so curtains had to stay shut the entire time and lights on. Very upset with this stay.

It was super convenient to everything i needed to do including great food options and Cuba Street. I loved the amount of space, the convenience and ease of getting in and out and also the fact that it had a small kitchen and a washing machine and dryer in the room. This enabled me to return home with my clothes washed.

Great bed and big room with almost everything you'd need. Unfortunately all sorts of fairly loud noises at night coming from the building, mostly plumbing related I think. Also shocked that they were no tooth brushes on offer. Even when I asked at the reception.

Property was ok, location is excellent but... 1) room was only serviced every 3 days despite daily servicing being one of the listed "amenities"; 2) asked for a roll out bed for the "lounge" because it didn't have a couch and they insisted on charging $50 per night because we were already on a discounted rate through Expedia.
