Had a run in with rude staff member for the frist time staying with embassy suits witxh is so hard cause me and family abloustly love staying with embassy , we been to so many differnt locations.pool and spa both werent working cloudy water and heater was broken. We were denyied early check in an waited in the front lobby for almost five hours. And at the end of it hit with the most expensive deposite of 200$ , its never that high idk why this time was so differnt

the staff was rude said we were lord with the tv on low and soft talking when we returned from disneyland. threaten to kick us out when i asked for a room that was kid friendly floor. the spa was closed and both spa & pool were freezing when they were open. the key cards had to be replaced several times due to not working locking us out of the building & room multiple times.

I love the property but the staff there name Viviana at the front desk was horrible. I was being harassed by her while I was hanging out in the lobby. At that time there was an event going on and I was just seating on a chair by the hallway away from everyone and she came up to me attacking me which I did not appreciate. I was just seated doing my own business away from the crowd. She wanted me to go up to my room and stay there and if i don’t go up to my room then I will have to stay in my car as what she told me. She even said to me that if I don’t leave, she will call the Ontario PD. What she did to me is very an acceptable. I felt so uneasy about what happened. Never ever in my whole experience staying in a hotel to be treated and threatened like this. This staff needs to be trained properly on how to handle their guests while at their property. This staff needs to be professional when dealing with their guests as well! I hope my situation will be heard by the management. Thank you

The staff were really friendly and professional. Ireally enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the evening snacks with drinks. We did experience a evacuation situation. The worker on my floor did not understand me when I asked about evacuation route for the disabled and that was the worst part of my visit. I was disappointed because I reached out to the general manager and he never responded.

The front desk manager was very rude and never smile. No confidentiality at all! Food is terrible! It took two hours to get the food and the reason was not enough staff! I don’t need to know! Pillows were awful as well as the blanket ! I stayed in other embassy suite and this location was far worst in any of them. No valet parking! They give you a piece of paper that to put on your dashboard if you parking outside. I can go on and on about what’s wrong in the hotel!

We had a room close to the freeway. I smelled exhaust fumes all night which gave me a headache and upset stomach. Also the room next door, someone kept dragging a chair around the room which was very annoying.

I normally like staying at the Embassy Suites in Ontario but this time was not a good visit. Because I booked through Expedia I was treated poorly. Also my rental car was damaged in the parking lot. Some staff members were rude. Customer service is not the same as before COVID. Cleaning staff voices were loud in early morning. I will rethink before I stay here again.

I always stay at Embassy suites. This property has a costco right in front but the traffic doesn't interfere with hotel parking. Great property, big rooms, great breakfast and free drinks.
