The stay way great only thing is being charged for parking is ridiculous. How else are you supposed to reside at the motel? You come in a vehicle but you have to pay for your vehicle to be on the property

Paid for a room got a no vacancy sign!
Arrived there after paying in full upfront only to find out they zero rooms available! I was told to call customer service to fix the problem because there was nothing they could do. So I call customer service and for the next two hours I’m talking with them in ten second intervals in between being put on hold for 30 min intervals! It was just past midnight when they finally managed to get me into a room without even an apology!

The penthouse was very spacious and clean. Some of the room seemed outdated, for example the phone not working. Loved the hotel overall and would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

We checked into the penthouse and one of the beds was broken. I went to the front office, the lady was incredibly kind, but did not have another penthouse available, so moved us to a smaller room. The smaller room smelled like weed because the person below us was smoking. The walls in the bathroom had feces on it. Avoid at all costs.
