I gave poor ratings but maybe unfair. The room cost $52 when every other hotel in the area was $130 or more. What would you expect? I got what I paid for, a run down dirty hotel.

Bought by another company. Currently going through renovation. Found a cockroach in room but they were nice enough to get us a new room and allowed me to review it before accepting. Saw a man in a skirt and wing walking down hallway. I guess it's like an extended stay so you have a lot of bad folks living there. Hopefully once the new owners get things going it will be a real nice hotel. So if you are reading this give it some time before booking.

At first I genuinely thought it wasn’t clean. I bought my own cleaning supplies because I was sketched out, partially because of the other reviews, partially because it looked like it wasn’t clean. I tried to clean it, and it turned out it was pretty clean. It only appeared dirty because it’s old. That’s the only downside of this property. It’s not shiny and sparkling, not because it’s dirty. It’s just an older building. It’s perfectly fine. I believe the hotel had been run downhill by the previous owners, but it recently changed management and they’re working on turning the place around. You can tell they’ve made some improvements, and they’re still working on it. New carpet, new decor, remodeling and buying new appliances and such. The construction was in no way invasive or an annoyance to our stay. The pool was closed but we weren’t planning on using it. I want be fair and honest about this place. It does give you the ick at first, because it is old and it looks it. But it’s not dirty, it’s not terrible as I was led to believe by the other reviews. Everything worked fine. The water pressure was good. They also did have breakfast. I will be fair with that as well though, and that was not a point in their favor. The breakfast sucked. Overall, not a bad place. It’s a functional place to stay. If you don’t mind things looking old and some subpar breakfast, go for it. It’s a decent price. If you want a shiny room that you can tell looks clean, maybe hold off on this place.

You can see that this property is attempting at renovating BUT that doesn’t mean that there should be black mold in the shower, the carpets shouldn’t have crumbs on them and there shouldn’t be stains on the sheets! We were missing a handle on our dresser, no tv remote, and stains all over the bathroom wall that looked like feces! We checked in very late at night and had a very small baby and did not want to pack our stuff up at 10pm at night to find a new hotel. There’s no pool as advertised and the breakfast was unpleasant. Milk sitting out (unrefrigerated) and flies on the bagels and toast! You truly get what you pay for here.

You get what you pay for. The room rate is very low compared to the Garden Inn across the street, and that should have been a tip. I really just wanted a night of sleep in a clean and safe place and was glad I only needed one night. The hotel is under construction so you will not get what you see online. The original room I was given did not have working lights. I was provided a new room that the hotel had just finished remodeled. The new room had dirty carpet, remodeling material on the carpet, dirty bathroom and so on. I am not very picky as I understand remodeling can mean a lot of things but I do expect to have cleanness. I slept clothed as it was middle of the night when I arrived and got out as soon as I could the next day.

I did not stay for the two nights I was registered. So the saying goes... you get what you pay for. The room smelled so bad and the furniture in the room were damaged. The night clerk did not have authorization to refund the two nights. I was asked to call the next day and I did. That clerk was going to research and I have yet to hear back. I complained to Expedia but my charge is still on PayPal. I will go to PayPal and get the credit for the two nightrs I COULD NOT stay at this hotel.

It was horrible the hotel is under construction so it does not look anything like the pics on your website in addition the room was dirty stain in the carpet lamp shades .. I booked for 2 nights but I had to checked out after 1 day … I need to dispute the second night as the hotel was not as described in your website ..

The hotel was a decent hotel. The towels were dirty and didn’t give me enough towels. Housekeeping never stopped in the room. Staff would be on the phone or not paying attention to customers when they needed their help.
