The house was perfect for 9 of us. Relaxing location. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Loved having a full kitchen to use and also the grill outside. Highly recommend staying here.

Clean house in a great location
We were very happy with the location, cleanliness and amenities of the house. More than enough room for 6 people. There is adequate parking for 2 trucks and trailers, but any more would be tight. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views off the deck next to the gas fire pit.

Advertised as a 4 bedroom 3 bath with air conditioning and adequate space for trailer haulers.
Bathroom downstairs was unfinished. Only 1 small window unit air conditioner on the 2nd floor and small portable ac on 3rd floor. No driveway room to maneuver 3 trucks with hauling trailers. As a frequent VRBO customer, this type of false advertising is disappointing. The men in our group had to manually turn the heavy hauling trailers around to load them to get them out of the driveway to leave this place.

Nice place in great location
We used the property for family get together in the Black Hills. Some of us rode motorcycles and the location of this place was great! Very convenient to a lot of good riding areas right out of the driveway. There was also nice hiking in close proximity including some nice views up a short climb in the backyard! Host response time was very good and we all enjoyed our stay.

This house is located about 20 miles outside of Rapid City and a great location to be since it is centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park to the south and Spearfish, Deadwood, and Sturgis to the north. We only had a family of 4 so everyone was able to have their own space but this home would easily accommodate a large group. Plus all the amenities provided made this house one of the best we've stayed in. The only negative thing (if you vould even call it that) is the house needs a thorough deep clean. The ceiling fans are dirty, there was hair in the bathroom and on a couple of the beds and some of the light bulbs need replace. All things we either cleaned up ourselves or just overlooked. We had an excellent stay and our hosts were wonderful to work with. We would 100% stay again.

Family and Friends Adventure Weekend!
I brought seven boys, ages 7-13 years old, to Rapid City for the State boys basketball tournament, and this home was a perfect fit for us! It had enough bedrooms for us to spread out and sleep comfortably. The bunk bed set up was fun for the boys. I got my own room with attached bathroom which was perfect! There were enough bathrooms for all of the boys to have plenty of space for showering, getting ready in the morning, etc. The washing machine & dryer and kitchen were great. We went hiking and got dirty, came home and did laundry and went back out again the next day. I cooked all of our meals at home, so we didn't have to run back into town to eat. We had a nice mix of indoor and outdoor activities, and the distance to Rapid City was very manageable. My kids are already talking about coming back to this house again! There is also a very friendly neighbor dog, who they affectionately named "Jonathan". They thought it was great that many of the comments in the guest book also make note of this dog, and other guests have given the dog other names. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!
