Will stay again! Has a great pool for families.
We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the hotel! The pools were great! We have 3 kids that really enjoyed the water park. They didn't love having to wear the wrist band. I took my 4 year olds off the first night and went to the front desk for a new one the next morning and was rudly told I was at my limit for bands and needed to bring the old one back the next time. I was not informed of this when I was checking in. The gentlemen that checked me in was extremelly nice and helpful, but had a lot to go over so I understand him missing that piece of info. The room was nice, but not cleaned the best. When we were getting ready to leave I was checking under beds for anything we might have left and found an old toilet paper roll and swedish fish candy pushed up against one bed. We knew when we booked we would have to figure out breakfast and decided to eat at the attached restaurant the first morning. It was quite expensive and not the best quality. Overall we would stay there again, but just eat somewhere else! The pool alone was definitely worth it! Everyone we dealt with besides the lady at the front desk in the morning were very friendly!

Front dest staff was super helpful, but the condition of the rooms is rough. Kids enjoyed the waterpark, but unruly noisy guests and conditionnof the rooms will make us find a different place. But i want to love it...as the manager and front desk staff were amazing. Need tilo update!!!

I called at 7pm for extra pillows, extra shampoo, and extra towels. Front desk said security will bring it by at 9:30. No one showed up and called front desk and no answer.

Needs improvement!
Rooms were absolutely filthy, the hotel tried multiple rooms, but each one was absolutely gross. They tried moving us to several different rooms however none were where I was comfortable staying, especially with my 12-year-old granddaughter. We slept in our rental car the first night and the next day the manager agreed to reimburse us for the entire 1 week stay which was the best part of our stay.

I did not stay on those date. I called Ramkota asking to change date as the dates were a mix up. Ramkota stated it was Expedia who has to change date the dates. Was trying to reserve the correct dates through Hotels.com. Hotels.com didn't have any available rooms for Ramkota. So I lost out on my money as I had paid ahead of time. Ramkota stated they could not refund money as it was up to Expedia. Hotels.com stated Ramkota wouldn't refund the money. Should I not get a refund bye bye Hotels.com and Expedia
