Corners needed extra vacuuming and mopping collected hair and dust in corners and edges , also black dirt or mold behind toilet and dried urine on toilet bottom ledge. Pillows have no structure to them . Our last 2 times at this motel were great .. but this time not so much.

There were 3 people in line ahead of me to nice in, and no one came to help her. Once i was at the front of the line, she was nice and efficient. There were a couple of full garbage bags beside the elevator on my floor. By morning there were a few smelly pizza boxes, too. The room seemed clean enough. The hotel was loud. Sounds from the hall, the rooms next door, and the room above were heard. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage, hash browns, gravy, yogurt, toast, cereal and waffles. Its a nice place. I felt very comfortable here. If you're particularly fussy, this might not be for you. I'd be willing to stay here again.

Very disappointed overall with my stay. The hotel was not very clean inside or out. The outside doors stayed unlocked and overall it did not feel safe. Dogs barked off and on day and night in the room next to me. I have stayed in many of the hotels in the area and this one was not one I would recommend or stay at again. The front desk staff were very pleasant.

Staff was friendly but after that it was a horrible experience, pillows half the with of normal pillows, bed was very worn out and uncomfortable. Nonstop guys walking the hall on the phone, everytime you opened your door they was standing there. Cannot figure out how it has great reviews,
