The apartment No. 3 (96m²) is located on the front of the house with its own access via the terrace (38m²) and adjacent parking space. The terrace and green area are fenced with nostalgic wooden palisades and their own wooden gate. As soon as you arrive, the crunchy Baltic sea gravel on the terrace under your feet conveys a maritime atmosphere. Ball lights create a romantic atmosphere in the blue hour from 9 p.m. to midnight.
The apartment No. 3 extends over 3 floors. The living room with kitchen and adjoining dining area is on the ground floor. A beautiful dimmable chandelier with 12 lights sits enthroned above the antique wooden table with 4 chairs. A comfortable sofa with a view of the 48 "flat screen TV and music system with CD player, USB and Bluetooth provide entertainment and cozy relaxation.
The high-gloss built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It has two lines with an island. The fridge incl. Freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher are on one side and above it the illuminated showcase with dishes and glasses shines. The hob with ceramic hob and touch control, the oven and two base cabinets with drawers form the island.
