We were charged more than the agreed upon price. We did't receive any service to the room because the motel didn't originally charge us for both days so the staff left the room unchanged. We got back after our first noghts stay to find the request for room service placard still oon the door handle where we'd left it. The front counter person said the room wasn't serviced becasue we only paid for one night and that it was there mistake, not ours. The back of the toilet leaked onto the floor so we had to use our towels. We didn't get new towels because we didn't get the room serviced.
The restaurant is good and the wait staff is excellent. The included breakfast is very good and the choices are far better than continental breaksfasts at other places.
The only critique I would have would be for the booking staff to be better trained and when a mistake is made it shouldn't be the fault of or be charged to the customer.
