I reserved a king room on my phone, but when we checked in we were told king rooms weren’t rented to people with dogs and charged an additional $30 for our two dachshunds. The room smelled like dog pee and the carpet was torn up in a few spots, room keys didn’t work and the locks were visibly missing from the glass doors that provided the side entrance to the building.
However, the staff was helpful, including finding us in the breakfast room with my purse, which I had left behind in our room!
Although the breakfast was the typical hotel smorgasbord, the biscuits were top notch, soft, fluffy and moist.
