The stay itself was fine but the hotel charged me for an extension I didn’t make. They say it’s because I didn’t check out in person. I tried to check out in person but there was no one at the front desk, so I left my room keys in the basket they leave there. I’ve done this many times before and have never been charged, so it seems like they’re making up reasons to charge people extra.

Comfortable. Quiet. Slick shower. More coffee!! :)
Shower was extremely slippery. Took forever to get hot water. There was no coffee at breakfast, the thing was empty. The breakfast food was out too. I would have waited for them to make more but I was in a hurry. The bed was comfortable and checking was super easy. All in all, I would stay there again, but you know how we coffee drinkers are when we dont get our coffee. Haha

There were problems with the check-out date and one day needed to be cancelled. I spoke to two different people on separate occasions to check that there was a cancellation for the extra day, and I was assured that this date was cancelled. Needless to say, I was billed an additional day. I called Choice Customer Service and we are in the process of trying to rectify the problem.

Window was gapped open and had to force it closed. Furniture outdated and desk chair had stuffing coming out of arms. Front desk clerk was not a good representative of your organization. Stocking cap. Mumbled answers to questions. Definitely a good place for all the workers who use it.
