Room was nice, large and clean. Staff was friendly. The property was a bit isolated and a long walk to the town. WiFi was very bad. You had to be lucky to get a signal. The cable for the tv was out. Although you shouldn’t be watching tv on vacation.

Great hotel.
Great hotel,this is the second time we have stayed here. The two pools are cleaned everyday and are open till late. Staff are very friendly. Clean , spacious and comfortable rooms . Very good food and cocktails are good ,with happy hour every day.Highly recommend...

My wife and I enjoyed an incredible stay at Pandora. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We would rate the staff a perfect 10. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We elected not to have our room cleaned daily and woke up each morning to a bag with towels, water, coffee, etc...on our patio table. Pandora is secluded and quiet while being a short one mile walk to all of the action. The pool area was clean and comfortable. The food was outstanding and reasonable. The bar selections were better than most bars on the island and priced very inexpensively. While everything about our stay was awesome, the staff is what took it over the top. If we are back in Koh Samet we will saty again for sure!

We have visited the Pandora many times pre-Covid and we're happy to come back post-Covid. The staff are wonderful and Zane the manager is as helpful and friendly as ever. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay, and the children loved the pool and the relaxed atmosphere. I had an issue with the booking; I do believe that was the app's fault rather than the hotel staff's. However, I ended up paying an extra 500 Baht for an additional bed for my 7-year-old daughter. The extra bed was made of a mattress on the floor that was very uncomfortable. Therefore, I ended up sleeping on the floor and gave my daughter my space on the bed. The hotel was very clean and lovely to be in. The cocktails were made to perfection, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Lovely Stay
had an absolutely lovely time staying at this hotel albeit the fact it’s 20-mins walk from the pier and another added 10-min walk to the beach area. but this made me make full use of enjoying the room, pool, and some of the bar’s food, and doing nothing and be in the moment love the studio room for it’s size- felt like home away from home. had a beautiful view overlooking the pool as well. only downside is that somehow mosquitoes manage to enter the room even though windows and doors are closed! but they are easy to kill so it’s okay. staff are friendly; will come back to stay again if i ever return!

Great experience. The hotel was nice, the room was big. It was convenient to move around the island using a motorscooter. Ask the hotel about the trips and the scooters fro rent.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the food was not good and the WiFi was very weak. It’s a bit far from nightlife, but the beach nearby is very nice.

Great place. Nice clean rooms. Nice bed, not too hard. Good ac. A bit off the center if you're looking for parties but you can rent a motorbike for 300baht single day or get discount for several days. No issues whatsoever. Great stay :)

In the north part of the island, it’s the first drop off from main land if coming over by speed boat, quiet area which was perfect, worth hiring a motor bike to see all off island, highly recommend this hotel, please note they are expanding the hotel but this made no difference when we were their in April 2019.

職員服務好，環境清靜，有兩個游泳池，如有健身室更好 如不懂騎電單車就比較遠，每次都要TAXI或步行30分鐘到Nadan Pier。 整體不錯，價錢不貴，會推介！
