Stayed here twice in the last month. First time was great. This visit was terrible. Fan wasn't working in the bathroom. TV was unable to connect to the internet That would be fine, if they had some form of cable channels available...negative. Talked to the front desk but they were unable to help.

The staff at Red Roof Inn were fantastic and welcoming. There was a restaurant/bar on site with great food and good prices. It is an older facility but very clean and convenient to main highway.

Room was clean, but overall the property did not look like it did in pictures on this site. Area was very sketchy with people hanging around who were obviously not staying there. On the plus side, the shower was nice and bed comfortable - but we were eager to get away in the morning.

The night shift staff was horrible to me with an attitude and i felt VERY VERY unwelcomed and not wanted. However the staff in the morning was very pleasant and she made up for the night shift’s attitude her name was Kimberly I think she should train the night shift on being courteous and respectful to customers..

I’d stay again
Pros - Nice place to stay the night. Most importantly, clean. There was a club downstairs that I would’ve checked out if I didn’t have kids with me. Cons - Check in strictly adhered to at 3pm. Restaurant doesn’t open until 4:30pm. We arrived at 2pm, so we had to leave & come back when our room was ready.
