Quando cheguei no hotel, fui cobrado pra estacionar o carro, quando na descrição do anúncio tinha ESTACIONAMENTO GRATUITO, quando cheguei no quanto não tinha lençol e travesseiro pra 3 pessoa, também não tinha tolha pra 3 pessoa, não volto a mim hospedar nesse lugar, foi cobrado 110 reais em 2 mistos e 2 sucos, achei verdadeiramente um ROUBO

Os dias em que estive hospedado não tive nenhum tipo de limpeza. O flat não faz parte do hotel, então não tem o mesmo serviço. Pessima a limpeza e falta de manutenção. O hotel em si é fantástico, localização e funcionários. O problema são nós falta onde é administrado pelo proprietário ou terceirizados. Pessima experiência .

Decepcionante. O único ponto positivo da estava eh a localização. Porém mesmo tendo reservado para 3 hóspedes não foi provida nem roupa de cama e nem de banho para os 3 hóspedes. As condições do flat eram bastante precárias devido a necessidade urgente de manutenção. As fotos falam por si… Foi difícil lidar com tamanho vazamento

Infelizmente o serviço foi pessimo, cheguei a noite e não tinha toalhas, apenas 1 pano de chão. Após solicitação só foi disponibilizado no dia seguinte. O controle do ar condicionado não funcionava, mesmo após solicitações nada foi resolvido, pois o hotel informou que não era de responsabilidade dele.
