You can basically hear the people upstairs and beside you Fart, I have no idea the last time the carpet in the room was cleaned but it was disgusting and the lady working the afternoon shift really has no idea what customer service is and how to talk to people. Will not stay here again.

Okay stay
We stayed in two different rooms one going to our destination the other coming back. Both rooms had towel racks that were rusted needing replacing. Carpets show wear. Room layout was excellent, spacious, quiet. Easy parking and travelling to either north or south highways. Tim Hortons right next door.

the staff was all super friendly, but I think there was something that muffled voices at the front desk because it seemed like the front desk were all soft spoken but the other staff weren't. The room itself was clean but the carpet was stained. The room was very spacious and surprisingly quiet. The location was convenient but since it was downtown there were a lot of random people hanging around

(Needs to be replaced with a new one). The shower faucet was terrible. Probably the worst one I have ever seen in many years! It took ten minutes to even think about getting into the shower because it was too cold.

Amazing everything The best hotel in the city
The front desk guy on check-in was very helpful and just over the top wonderful the doctor named lady also very very wonderful evening guy is makes me over and over many many cards to give me into my room takes care of me I just really really think of yourself home service and cause let me come restaurant it's very very awesome as well maybe there is over the top I think you guys have awesome staff here
