Pros: Good location to walk to other places. Nice modern and clean interior with seated walk in shower. Good internet connection when I was there. Not sure how internet will work when there is a storm (Dish). Free in room coffee with fridge. Nice bed. I have through a week of sleeping on different beds in at least 3 other hotels and this is the best one that is not old and saggy. Nice friendly front desk staff. Easy check in/out. Cons: No safe. Plumbing makes a lot of loud noise when the neighbor using their sink. Had to close bathroom door to reduce the noise. Crazy homeless dude in the area.

Only issue.... people above us were either doing "sack races" or 'ultimate cage fighting' while we were trying to sleep...thin ceilings. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Definitely a nice place to stay :-) The beds were comfortable! The rooms were big. Lots of empty space. What I didn't like is that you can't get on your own Wi-Fi TV like Netflix Etc so not much Variety in the TV selection. But if you're not into TV it won't matter :-)

The room is very large and we have a good time during the stay. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location is great with a Taco Bell across the road which is super convenient if you need to quick breakfast and head to Lassen National Park. I don't know if it's due to the weather(hot), but the room is a little bit smelly when we open the door on the first day. But it's gone after we open the window and let fresh air in. And it no longer worried us. Overall, we're happy with the stay.
