The hotel checkin staff were super! Expedia refused to change my paid for room one at ahead. So I paid for two nights, and stayed one night. The hotel spent 45 min. On the phone with Expedia, but they wouldn’t budge. Expedia ripped me off completely. And, move the date wouldn’t have cost them a dime! I will NEVER Expedia
Again ..The words “ethics, and customer service” safe foreign to their operation. SJB,,Kudos to The Days Inn for having to interact with Expedia. This booking company should be avoided at all costs!
