First, the air condition didn’t work but at least the front desk concierge set us up in a different room. Second, the next morning, with one hour left for breakfast, there’s no coffee, no creamer, no pancake mix in the 1 pancake machine and there are 5 guests looking for these things, the lady at the front desk had to leave the front desk to help the little girl they had working the breakfast room because she would only get what the guests asked for and disappear. Over all, i would not come back, had a good night sleep though…

Very nice hotel, and a perfect drive to the beach, you just barely skip the traffic of Coastal Hwy and get a very great beach vacation, which is what we are all here for!!!

We were over all happy with our two night stay.Room was clean and tidy, kitchenette was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful.Our only disappointment was the breakfast. The pancake maker was not working and other than the coffee nothing was hot.Just not what we expected.We would still consider staying again.

The overall experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot during our stay. My only downside was that the room was a little humid, and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. But the room was clean and the beach was accessible via a short ride on the bus. There is a park and ride lot a short walk behind the hotel which takes you directly to the boardwalk.

Mini Vacation Getaway 😊
I had just lost a loved one (my dog) and needed away for a bit and people back home mentioned Rehoboth Beach so I decided to look round and came across this hotel! Amazing and perfect timing and couldn't beat the price. Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast was on point as well. Def good options. Considering everything offered are things I eat so I wasn't upset with no eggs, bacon, or anything like that. Room was at end of hall on 2nd floor which I absolutely loved and had no problem with. (Don't like being between rooms anyways.) Visited the pool, clean as well and nice set up with chairs and tables. Beach was only few mins away, bus stop across the parking lot to be taken over and back. Very convenient!! ☺️ Definitely recommend this hotel. And I will be booking again. Hopefully the same room again. ☺️ Thank you Beach Boutique for everything!. Stay was amazing and much needed.. ❤️☺️

The channel guides in the room didn’t match the actual channels. The breakfast could’ve had more hot options (bacon, sausage, eggs, etc). Location is pretty solid. Staff was very friendly. Room decor could be updated.

We booked this last minute for a night and were not disappointed. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the outlets and beaches. Nice, quiet, and clean. The only downside was the included continental breakfast - it could have been because we went down there closer to the end of the breakfast window, but there were very limited options. There are plenty of dining options nearby though. We would stay here again.
