Beautiful neighborhood and condo

It was very scenic with trees, a lake, and a hiking trail. We could walk or ride our bikes to the beach. The pool was nice and never very crowded. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Welcoming Vacation Place

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family, generous size rooms and the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for the 7 of us. The swimming pool was a nice addition for the kids. Pat was very responsive and we would highly recommend him and his place. Thanks Pat!

Why am I charged extra for cleaning fee?

I’m being charged by owner for cleaning fee. The fee should be part of the total charges that I paid in advance. My understanding was that cleaning after the guests leave is responsibility of owner and not the guest.

Nice Stay between Rehoboth and Dewey beaches

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property for five nights. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. Easy drive to restaurants on the Coastal Hwy. We used the parking permit only once because it is only valid from 8:00 - 5:00 in non-metered parking spaces. Unfortunately there were not many parking spaces available and the few that were weren’t close to the beach. Also, if you want to stay in town for dinner, you have to move to metered parking. Next time we’ll rent a property walking distance to the beach.

Perfect location

Communication was always there. Easy arrival. Quiet community and clean house. Pool was a short walk away. Short drive to Rehobeth boardwalk or Dewey beach. Close to many restaurants. Everyone had enough room to spread out and enjoy themselves

Rehoboth beach city and beach

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and everything was as described. The traffic in the city is heavy and the beach is crowded. Maybe a better travel choice would be towards end of summer season. Parking near the boardwalk and beach costs $9 dollars for 3 hours.

Rehobath Beach Townhome 715

Loved the access to the pool. Everything that you could want for the beach was right there so you didn’t have to haul chairs, umbrellas etc. with you. All the beach items were in excellent condition and easily accessible. The place was also very spacious which we liked. I took sheets and pillows and pillow cases with me, but I wish I would have taken blankets and all bedding. I had to wash all the blankets/comforters prior to using them. The bed in the master bedroom was lopsided and quite uncomfortable.

Well maintained property very accessible to the beach

Pat provided us with A LOT of information about the property and the Rehobeth Beach area. He was very responsive to our questions so that we were fully prepared for our visit. This was a multi generational stay with grandparents, parents and three young children. There were games for times in the unit, a pool and grill for around the unit and tons of beach chairs, sand toys and body boys for the whole crew. An A++++ experience.

My family and I enjoyed this first getaway since The pandemic.

The townhouse is very nice with two outside spaces, one on each level. Well equipped kitchen which we enjoyed using. We also enjoyed cooking on the bar b que grill.

Nice place

The unit was very clean and spacious however no one is allowed to play outside in the back yard. We tried doing a family workout and the kids threw a football back and forth and we were told it wasn’t allowed by the homeowners association. The pool was very nice too. Nice central location for beach and dining/shopping but wouldn’t recommend renting with kids who want to play outside.
