The four bedrooms are located on three floors. The main level bedroom has a twin bed, an en suite bathroom, and a door to the backyard. Two bedrooms are located on the second level, with queen beds and a shared bathroom in each room. The third-floor bedroom is accessed through one of the second-floor rooms and has two twin beds and a futon. A flat-screen TV with cable is also included in the third-floor bedroom.
The house includes central AC (a supplemental window unit is provided on the third floor), free Wi-Fi, expanded cable TV in the living room and on the third floor, a fully stocked kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a screened front porch (semi-private with the other side of the duplex), an outside shower, one onsite private parking spot for a small to midsize vehicle,e and one on-street parking permit.
Assorted games, cards, books, movies, a beach cart, and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. The house is clean, open, airy, and well-maintained, with lots of room for family and friends. The screened front porch is an excellent area for relaxing after a long day at the beach, having morning coffee, or having an evening cocktail. Every detail has been considered for your stay!
LOCATION: This great South Rehoboth location is just 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and one block from Rehoboth Avenue shopping and restaurants. Just park and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Onsite parking for one car. Sorry, no large SUVs are permitted. A city parking pass will be provided for on-street parking.
