This was our 2 visit to the Avenue. It is a wonderful place and I enjoy the location. It's so nice to leave your car parked the whole time we are visiting, since so many places are in walking distant. We hope to return year after year.

This place was amazing. This was our first time visiting Rehoboth, and the Avenue Inn and Spa was truly enjoyable and relaxing with a good, classy vibe. It's in a great location and the lobby, staff, and amenities are top notch. We really enjoyed some of the little extras they included, such as the wine and cheese hour, cookies and milk, and a wonderful breakfast. Located right in the heart of Rehoboth, this inn is literally steps away from the beach and some really great shops and restaurants. We will definitely return!

Gem in Rehoboth
The Avenue is our go to in Rehoboth Beach. The location is fantastic and the amenities are always well maintained. The property smells wonderful. The staff is always cheery and helpful. Simply put, there is no reason to try another hotel in the area. We will return.

Avenue II got better
My stay was good. I stayed in Avenue II, because a room in the main hotel was not available. I have stayed in Avenue II before and it's obvious that the hotel did some work to improve the experience. The rooms looked better - room and building painted. Very nice cleaning people as well who were helpful. I like the main building but would stay here in Avenue II again. It helps that the two places are just a few businesses apart.

We have stayed at The Avenue numerous times and this experience was different in terms of service. Our room's air conditioner did not work, and we requested it to be fixed several times by maintenence and the GM. It was never fixed, nor was there any follow up by the GM. When I was asked about how our stay was at checkout, i explained the A/C challenge only to be asked if we reported it. I stated that we did. The response that I received was" would you like your ereceopt printed or emailed?"
