Nice new facility. Staff are nice. Next to movie theater and shops. Convenient to go to Mt. Rose ski resort. Room is dry in winter. I guess it is common for the area. Overall nice stay!

An awesome stay.
We had a great Thanksgiving week staying here while visiting with my son and family. The room was so roomy, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing. If I had a complaint it would be that it was too hot, even with the heating system turned off.

Wet pet friendly. I had my two dogs with me, a 130 lb Royal German Shepherd and a Cane Corso puppy and they were very accommodating. They just asked that I not bring the dogs to breakfast, which I can’t even understand why someone would do that?! Anyway, great place, very clean, classy and friendly staff

The staff at this hotel was on point. Service like I haven't experienced in a very long time. Greetings every time you walked in the door, helpful and freindly. I hope more hotels catch on to this type of service!

The room was excellent and the whole facility was adaquate. The listing for the room stated there was a bathtub, which there was not, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Clean and nice, if a little spare.
Relatively new building. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. On the fourth floor it took several minutes for the hot water to get hot. There were no amenities in the room like a fridge or microwave. Had a friendly staff person take me to the staff break room where the only microwave in the building sits.
