Depends what you’re looking for.
Photos are deceiving, obviously. Very limited parking. I arrived late so it was full and I had to park on the back side of the building that had me a little concerned. Honestly wouldn’t have booked if I had seen the place before booking online. I just needed a place to sleep for a couple hours so no big complaints. I hate giving a blah review but defiantly wouldn’t be my first choice. I left before breakfast at the connecting restaurant so I can’t comment on that. Very nice staff that checked me in!!

The short of it is you get what you pay for... Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, others not so much. The building and decor are dated, and some renovations have been done to touch it up, but it's still an old hotel. You can hear the people above you walking around as the floors creak loudly. Rooms are small with unique furniture and it was clean'ish, I would have expected a lot cleaner based on the previous reviews. And oddly they are very concerned about giving out extra towels? Affordable hotels are hard to come by in Revy so I would probably stay here again even though it has its quirks. A bit more investment in this property would serve it well. It's an amazing location right in the center of town.

The Grizz was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, newly renovated, nice hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. Rooms were decent size with room for your gear. Bathroom was modern and clean. The only downside was the supposed continental breakfast...Fruit Loops, hard boiled eggs and very weak coffee. Not exactly filling.
