Very cute room with all that a family needed. It’s outside of downtown in a more residential area, but that made parking easier if their doves are filled. Bakery on first floor is excellent. Kitchenette was a wonderful convenience. Room was newly renovated and well designed. Asked for early check in via text but never heard back (not sure I got the international number right though in all fairness).

Great value, comfortable stay
Close to restaurants, coffee and other amenities within walking distance. Excellent shower and impressive kitchenette. The bed was a twin size (smaller than I expected). The hotel is over a bakery which has activity (loud) below starting around 6am. Ok for me as I was up early, but if you’re a light sleeper could be an issue. Overall, great stay.

Good hotel nearby Reykjavik (10-15min walk). Good comms. despite no reception at the hotel. It's well priced. Also make sure to check out Brikk coffee & pastry shop underneath the hotel.

This hotel was good for short days vacations but I don't recommend if you going to stay more than 3 days. They didn’t clean the room and for all the tours we have to walk to a bus stop because any company pick up at the hotel. Otherwise good for small family or couples and for short stays.

Convenient but noisy at night and no control of room temperature. I don’t like glass sliding toilet door. Small but well equipped. No daily towel exchange unless requested.

Unfortunately I did read this was a 3 star property but I had a little faith. The room flooded the first night. There’s no housekeeping on site. The only thing they could do for us is try to send us to another hotel for ONE night and come back. Who has time to pack all their stuff during vacation to go to another hotel for a few hours then have to come back? When they did unclog the drain they left a pile of hair in the bathroom from the clogged drain. The bathroom is so close to the bed you can smell everything someone is doing in the bathroom. The sink…. The volume of water was so powerful you will leave soaked everytime you have to wash your hands. I’ll stop there. The staff that answered the phone was nice. I’ll end it there

Need to actually put in the property address and not the name of the hotel as there is another building with same name a few blocks away. For some reason they changed our hotel room number so the code provided didnt work but after we figured it out everything went smoothly.

I didn't like sleeping on what amounted to a cot. The duvet cover nice but became too hot. If I had a top sheet, which I didn't , I could have used that. The most incredibly small bathroom sink ever Shower nice. Wash clothes would be nice. The 2 chairs around the small table looked like something let out in the rain and most furniture was scuffed band nicked.nobluggagecrack for suitcase.

The room was almost perfect for us: enough space to organize ourselves, a perfect little kitchen, quiet neighborhood, walkable distance to shopping and the best football in town. The only drawback is that you cannot get into the shower without literally squeezing your body in between the tile and the edge of the shower door. Kind of an awful experience. There’s a workaround because the phone shower cord is long enough to bring around the door. Otherwise, pretty ideal room , and we would book it again.
