Awesome Location

Awesome stay for our family of four. We had a 2-room suite that had two twins in each room. Although we prefer a king bed for ourselves, the twins were perfect for the kids. The beds were really comfortable as well. The location was incredible with all the bars and restaurants within a block or two of the place.

Staff is a little grumpy. They won't greet or smile at you when you pass by or enter and exit. Otherwise it's an excellent property with a very central location! Close to the major excursion bus stops of #5 & #6. Close to many bars and re$taraunts. Close to the pink bonus supermarket. Will definitely stay again. Rooms very warm and comfortable. Washrooms and shower were spotless clean. Free breakfast was a money saver and had enough variety to get you through to dinner. 10/10!

The check in staff were not friendly at all. All other accommodations were good. Included breakfast wasn’t as good as other hotels in close proximity we stayed at, but was definitely good enough.

Everything was brilliant. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and I felt comfortable spending there. The location is in the heart of the town, so easy to go around. Breakfast was also great. The only thing is that the plug of the fridge in my room was broken so I couldn’t use it even though it was a studio room. I would ask to change my room if I had spent more than three days but I managed not to use it this time.

Very central hotel with a good range for breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom small but perfectly adequate. Slightly less storage than I would have liked. A couple of broken items in bathroom got fixed within a day or 2.
