Pros: The reception less check in is great. They gave me the room number and code to get in beforehand. No need to rush to check in. Breakfast staff cleaned the tables promptly. She did a great job. Selection is also good. Bathroom is clean, but with a little bit of smell.
Cons: Room is kind of small. I don't have space to unfold my 28" luggage. Decoration of the room feels cheap. It has only 5 parking spaces in front of the hotel. We have to do street side parking. Iceland is a vert safe place. No concern for that. But I am worried someone could scratch my rental.
Unfortunately the room and the service is below the standards that I expected
I received a room at the basement, below street level. It has only one window closer to the ceiling and an emergency exit door
Room service didn’t clean my room first night.
Breakfast is okay
You need a car for this hotel location
Overall, would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone

Room is small. Location is far from most sights. Breakfast was good. Location is safe.
Property is very clean and breakfast was good. It is easy to get to the downtown area or other destinations because it is near major roads. Downsides are the room was small and there were only a few parking places which meant if you got there late you had to hunt for street parking, which also was limited nearby.
We stayed at this hotel on our last night in Reykjavík. The hotel is in a multistory building. There is no reception or full time staff that we could see. We entered the building and our room using key pad codes emailed prior to check in time. It was smooth, no issues. The hotel is on a main road in a residential area. Plenty of parking in front and on the streets around the building. Nice BF in the morning. Good choice for a short stay in transit
This hotel is in a residential area, and is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained. Breakfast has a nice range of decent food. The room was quite plain and small, but comfortable.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this hotel was a great place to stay on Reykjavik. Very clean. Plus, there was free parking outside. The breakfast was also good. Friendly staff.
Only problem I had with hotel there was no real full time front desk. Only way to enter was with a code they sent via email. As in my case we got it while still in transit and did not write it down and then the email disappeared when I went to pull it up and could not enter lobby until someone exited the front door. Then we had to wait for hotel employee to complete check in
We desired an early check in and they were most accommodating. The room was a little hot and it was hard to reduce the temp. The breakfast was a little skimpy but overall I would recommend this hotel
