Reykjavik Residence Hotel was perfect for our group’s (4 women) needs. Our two bedroom, 2 bath apartment was spacious, immaculate and conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful with our luggage and great with arranging transportation for the 3 days we spent in Reykjavik. We ate two nights at Grazie Trattoria, a 2 minute walk right down the street - wonderful atmosphere and food. I highly recommend staying at Reykjavik Residence Hotel.

Great location and comfy beds. Prompt responses to my questions all the time. Not a deal breaker but bathroom has a small sink that’s not well positioned. Would prefer a way to contain water from shower away from toilet. Would stay again despite these drawbacks.

Great hotel in the heart of the city
The rooms were great but finding the place was very difficult. The hotel is 5 different buildings in a 5 block radius. It was difficult to find reception in the dark, freezing rain. Better directions are needed. After check in though everything was perfect. Parking is difficult

This was the best hotel we have stayed in. The apartment was perfect for myself, husband and 13 year old son providing that all important 2nd room for privacy. The breakfast was amazing, fresh bread brought to you door every morning along with a fantastic breakfast basket. Staff were incredibly helpful honestly they're is nothing but positive praise .

This was an excellent place for us to stay in the downtown core with easy walks for all of our exploring needs. Parking was easy and paid via Parka app, kitchenette was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We were there midweek so no noise from the Wine Bar at all. I would highly recommend.
