Great property and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the space and privacy of our family studio. The kitchen is well stocked for everything needed to make a meal. We were able to easily fry bacon for our homemade sandwiches plus the complimentary milk, juice, coffee and cornflake careal was an excellent accommodation. Location was also perfect for frequent visits around the city.

The main location is very convenient to the main shopping street and sights, the other location is a little bit out of the way, closer to the concert hall (Harpa). Given Reykjavik is very small it means an additional 5 minute walk to where things are happening, which is fine if you are not encountering arctic winds or pouring rains, both of which are frequent in October/ November.

Reykjavik Residence Hotel was so clean, comfortable, and gracious. It was everything we were looking for! We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast brought each morning and by the water pressure in the rain shower.

Didn’t have good directions or pictures of the main office, lost when we first got there. Luckily we didn’t need elevator but didn’t seem to be an option in our house/hotel. Shower was terrible, large bathtub, hand held sat at edge of tub so had to hold while showering. Wish at check in he would have explained how things worked in Iceland like heat and windows for ac.

New spacious facilities built to be self sufficient apartments in a series of buildings. A few minor issues to work out (only because they are new) but overall, a great stay. Worth noting that tours cannot pick up at the facility because of very local traffic restrictions.

Generally very pleased with our stay. Staff very, very accommodating. Free happy hour a pleasant surprise. Wish I could give it a 4.5 but not an option and not really a 5. First 20 steps are tough with luggage. Security door does not always close on its own. Only a stairway to the street. But overall - very good accommodations.

We rented the 2 BR apartment and it was in a fantastic location. It was clean and safe and quiet. My only complaint is that there are only 2 channels for TV. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great place to stay, we stayed in the print room court yard building. Our family suite room (513) was modern, large and well equipped with main bathroom, bedroom with an en-suite. In the main part of the room split into 3 areas, there is a well equipped kitchen and dining area, 2 single beds in a sleeping area and a lounge area (with a sofa bed which we didn’t use). Cleaning everyday, room was well lit and individually controlled heating. Shower was excellent and very powerful and warm! The property itself located centrally, main shopping street with bars and restaurants close by and only a few minutes walk away. We would definitely book to stay here again! Nothing to fault at all.
