These are marketed as villas, they are not. We paid for what we understood to be a villa, they're apartments with private pools, or "half a villa".
We were upgraded for one night and then had to move as the "Villa" we booked was not ready. With 3 children, moving properties is does not constitute an upgrade, it's a pain. They acted like this was doing us a favor, when in fact we wasted a day moving and basically disputing what a villa actually is. They're lucky they have Mr Petros, he was very nice and very diplomatic and seemed to be the only person who actually came to talk to us. The lady who moved us didn't even have the decency to put her phone down while she was with us.
The apartments themselves are OK for what they are, but if you're expecting a traditional villa with a private pool, you'll be disappointed. The staff were polite at first, but became very rude, said we're welcome to leave without reimbursement and then wouldn't talk to us and left the group chat. The only thing to bear in mind if you have small children is unless you have their deluxe villa [which are the only actual villas on site] you'll get a pool that's 5ft deep all around.
Nice for what they are, but don;t be misled by the images, you get half a villa.
