Situated in the quiet fishing village of Rhyll, conveniently located, with parkland, childrens playground and Tennis Courts directly opposite the property.
There is a well-stocked and licensed General Store/Post Office/Take Away just a few doors away.
For MotoGP fans the Special Events bus stop is right outside making getting the track quick and convenient.
Within a 500m walk, is the Rhyll Beach and foreshore with its Cafe, Restaurants and Pier, Boat ramp and Boat shop.
Take a walk across the park to access the World Heritage listed wetlands and walking trails.
By car it's just a 7-minute drive to the main hub of Cowes with all its attractions or to the Koala Park, Surf Beach, Purple Hen Winery or 10 to 15 minutes to the for GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies and Cat Bay or head East to Churchill Island Heritage Farm, Woolamai Surf Beach, Choclate Factory or San Remo fishing village.
There is also an extensive bike path network on the Island to access many of the well-known visitor destinations.

There are so many attractions on Phillip Island but it's also worth exploring the other side of the bridge in the West Gippsland Hills or if time permits, travel down to Wilsons Promontory via Cape Liptrap Lighthouse for a scenic day trip.

The house has just been fully renovated with 3 bedrooms, functional kitchen, lounge, dining area, bathroom, toilet with a second toilet off the laundry.
There is undercover parking in the large carport as well as a second driveway parking area for a boat if you plan to take full advantage of Westernport's great fishing and our new 3 lane boat ramp or head offshore through the Eastern or Western entrance.
Relax on the front deck overlooking the Park and Tennis Courts or take advantage of the outdoor BBQ and dining area.

Doug is an amazing host. The property was clean and tidy and in excellent condition. We had plenty of room to spread out in. We will stay again on our next visit to the island. The location suited us perfectly I can highly recommend this property.

Amazing property. Clean. Homey feel. Nice little touches
We loved this property The home was clean and tidy. Well equipped. Little touches of convenience like tissues in most rooms, basic cooking supplies, dog bags and bowls, games for the backyard and toys for children. It felt really well thought out in terms of leaving toys and books for children to play with I also really loved the home made honey that was compliments of the host from the bees you can see from the backyard. We also brought our family dog with us and he had a great time. It was very hot and there was limited shade outside but it didn’t really affect us as we were out with him on adventures everyday. The location was perfect. Super close and convenient to everything. But also away from the business of Cowes. We enjoyed walking to the inlet and exploring the area. The host Doug was extremely helpful and responsive when I had a question. Very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Awesome place to stay
We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this place. Rhyll is amazing and this place is aptly located to everything you want to explore in Philip Island. The beach is a 5 min walk down the road. The place is clean and well equipped with all amenities. Beautiful house in a beautiful location.

The house doesn't look impressive from the outside but inside was nice and clean, with everything we needed along with little special touches that weren't advertised or necessary but really made for a great visit (e.g., board games, free local honey, fresh lemons, a few toys and books we could use, etc). When we left behind some chargers for our devices Doug got in touch and offered to mail them! Location was excellent - the nearby tennis courts and general store were so convenient, and the neighbourhood was quiet. Would definitely come again!

Hidden gem
Fantastic little 3 bed house with everything you need for a short or long stay. Awesome outdoor area with BBQ in ideal spot for bringing family on a holiday. Playground and tennis court across the road with the boat ramp a short walk away. We’ll be back with friends and family for a longer stay!
