Designed and built by the previous generation, now owned and operated by a team of siblings, no detail has been overlooked. Grab a chair and enjoy the view from the covered front porch, side deck, covered lower level patio area, or even from one of the many rooms inside with a lake view. Worried about bugs, not a problem, King Cabin has a screened-in porch as well.

As you step through the front door you will be impressed by the large Great Room, showcasing cathedral ceilings, many windows, and tons of natural light. If you can pull yourself away from the views and from checking out the architecture, there are many more great features throughout the home. Large kitchen, 1st-floor primary King bedroom with ensuite bath, 1st-floor laundry, enormous den/game room with kitchenette on the lower level, and more lake views, to name a few.

In addition to the 1st floor primary King bedroom, there are 2 more bedrooms on the 2nd floor each with a queen bed and a shared bathroom off the hallway with a tub/shower combo. On the lower level there is a 4th bedroom with a pair of twin beds, and believe it or not, yes, another room with a lake view! On the lower level, you will also find a great den/game room, complete with a air hockey table, a great assortment of board games, and a little kitchenette - perfect for snacks during a heated game of Sorry, or while you watch the game on the large wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV.

Outside, we invite you to enjoy the large side lawn for a game of whiffle ball or cornhole (yes, we provide the boards/bags). Be sure to enjoy an evening around the firepit in the backyard, upstate New York stars are pretty incredible.

Directly across the road is a town lake access point, called Baker's Beach. Although it is right across the road, you will need to drive over to enter the drive and purchase your day pass for a nominal fee from the attendant. Please, make sure you drive over, this road is busy and we do not want our guests trying to cross the road with the whole family on foot!
