wonderful--clean, lovely rooms, super service. Only issue: if you are sensitive to fragrance, there is a very strong fragrance used throughout the hotel--especially in all common areas. other than that, fabulous. thank you!

This is a new hotel so it is in great condition, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were mostly quiet. Breakfast offered was good.

Love the area and property. Room is great and beds comfortable. Everything appears clean. The only issue we had was checkin. While we realize the posted time is 4pm, we arrived at 2pm. When we asked if we could check in early, the front deskresponded “your room is not ready yet.” I asked if he knew when it would be ready and he simply responded, “well text you when it’s ready.” We had an appointment at 4 and were hoping to get to the room and unload our luggage and clean up before leaving. We had emailed earlier in the morning that we would be arriving by 1:30 and requested an early checkin. While I understand it cannot be guaranteed, it would have been nice if the gentleman behind the desk would have at least shown concern. Instead, I asked if there was a restroom I could use to change clothes and “get ready”, he walked me to the restroom, unlocked the door, and walked away. So I proceeded to get ready in the public bathroom. When I exited, I walked to the front desk and a different gentleman was working. He asked if we were checking in, looked to see if the room was cleaned, made a phone call, and we ended up checking in early. He was very polite and accommodating. I wasn’t expecting a favor, I was simply hoping for someone to understand and look into what, if anything, they might be able to do to help us checkin earlier. It’s not like it was a surprise since I had emailed earlier in the morning. Aside from the first gentleman we dealt with, everything else has been great.
