Stayed for one night with family. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Only suggestion I have is to serve eggs & not the gravy/biscuits for breakfast.

It was okay. I didn’t like that the ac wasn’t on in our room and it was 93 degrees that day. It took forever for the room to cool down and we had to shower and get ready for a concert. I also didn’t like the smell of dog. It is. Dog friendly hotel but it smelled terrible. It was an okay stay. It wasn’t terrible. That’s all I got!

The view was not great we where looking at the back off the gas station. Someone vomited at the entrance way and it stayed there for the 3 days we stayed. I will say the staff was wonderful I am horrible with names but the lady that was at your complementary breakfast was really awesome. Also the staff at the desk where also awesome as well

Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant. Buffet breakfast was good, limited but sufficient. Ample parking. Across the street from kings Dominion so very convenient to park.

I believe this Best Western is relatively new, but the wear and tear to the property says other wise. The paint on the wall in multiple places was chipped and the front desk area as well as the elevator had a odd smell to it. The TV in the room wasn't as simple as you would think to use. The hotel did not meet our expectations based on the pictures from the website. The WORST part was when we were first checking in, another guest was behind us and said they had found roaches and ants all over their bed. We were shocked! It definitely shook us during our experience. We were checking over our shoulders incase any of the roaches or ants decided to go on an adventure and venture into our room. That was the BIGGEST downside to our stay. Due to the wear and tear to a hotel that is supposedly new and the roach issue, when we do return to Kings Dominion, we will not be returning to this hotel.

Ants in our room trash can, somewhat rude staff—harassed me about my service dog, fairly stinky hallways, customer lobby bathroom not operating, nothing much around for food options except understaffed Burger King. Desolate: If I ever go to Kings Dominion and want a hotel I would stay in Ashland or Richmond where there are food, gas and other things around. Wasn’t the worst but I’d make a different choice next time.

If you are planning a trip to King’s Dominion, this is your spot! Nice, clean room with fridge and microwave, walking distance to the park, full hot complimentary breakfast, very nice staff. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
