Hampton Inn usually has a higher quality of cleanliness, but this one did not have the same quality level. Also, it was obvious that someone was in our room while we were away even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast was minimal with old fruit and the food looked cheap and not fresh.

Checked in for a 5 day stay. Found out late evening on our 2nd night that we would have no water for most of the next day when we returned to hotel and saw a note in the elevator. Note was then modified the next day to include an additional day. We could not get a straight answer on why we weren't notified upon check-in so we could explore options and modify our schedules. Front staff was courteous but kept deferring to "upper management" when any questions were asked. When front desk finally contacted "upper management", I was told that a room adjustment ($, not points) for the two days was "above their pay grade". I asked front desk and left detailed note on two consecutive days to have someone contact me to discuss a discounted room for the inconvenience. Crickets.
