Excellent property. Spacious comfortable rooms, ample parking including a garage which connects directly to the hotel via an elevator. Pool and hot tub onsite. Shopping and dining options are around the property. Short Pump Mall has major department stores and other branded stored. Twenty minute ride from the Richmond airport. Would stay there again.

All around wonderful.
Spotless, quiet and convenient, with the MOST courteous staff. Super comfortable bed and wonderful pillows to top it off. I can’t think of a hotel I have enjoyed more!

Great place for a girls weekend. The restaurant/bar is nice but it does gets busy on the weekends. They have good room service. The Spa is pretty nice too and the girls there are very nice and knowledgeable but it also gets busy and is suggested to make reservations ahead of time.

Perfect Getaway
This hotel is a perfect weekend getaway. Everything was either walking distance or short drive to many places. The staff was professional and courteous despite the busyness of the lobby. I would definitely book this hotel for the next trip.

Good stay for an emergency overnight
The hotel is beautiful. Front desk staff was nice. The cons were that people were yelling in the hall at midnight, and the bedfing was not comfortable. They use a top sheet as a fitted sheet. It comes untucked and tangles up around you. The comforter is also really thin and there isnt any extra blankets in the room.
