Summary:
In the heart of the historic market town of Richmond lies this beautiful newly-renovated, Grade II listed property, The Old Brewery. The house features six bedrooms, with four en suites and a family bathroom, as well as spacious living areas, a games room and a newly-fitted kitchen. In the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, The Old Brewery is ideal for large get-togethers and walkers looking to experience some of the UK’s finest natural scenery.
The Space:
On the ground floor, you’ll find a newly-modernised kitchen, mixing the stylish grey theme of the house with quality brass fixtures and fittings. It has everything you need with an integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and oven in this wonderful cooking space. The property also boasts an additional utility room and larder space with breakfast bar seating. Move through to the dining room and you’ll find a grand solid wood table and industrial style chairs with seating for 12 guests, creating an ideal setting for dinners together after a long day. On this floor there are also two lounge areas with a range of welcoming sofas and armchairs offering plenty of seating and relaxation space. On top of this, there’s a separate games room with a pool table for families and friends to enjoy, and you’ll also find the first king size bedroom, with en suite toilet facilities, on this floor.
Follow the unique and upcycled artwork that helps give the property its character up the stairs to the first floor, where a further five classically decorated bedrooms await. There are 3 king rooms, one double and one twin room. Each room also features signature piece furniture and plenty of storage for your clothes and accessories during your stay. Carrying on the property’s industrial but welcoming theme in each, three of the bedrooms also have modern en suite showers or baths. There’s also a spacious and modern family bathroom for everyone to use.
Outside the rear of the property is a quaint courtyard space, peaceful enough for soaking up the summer sun, or for al fresco dining and evening drinks at the new outdoor furniture being introduced.
For those bigger groups needing even more space, The Old Brewery also has a separate property within its grounds, which is available to book. The Annexe provides an additional three king size bedrooms in a self-contained property, so booking both together would give room to sleep up to 19 or 20 guests. This would be perfect for large walking groups, or friend and family get togethers, so please call our team to discuss booking both properties.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe, details of which will be provided prior to your stay.
Limited free on-street parking is available outside the property. A reasonable pay & display car park is also located nearby.
