Well the room was clean but I killed a big that resembled a roach. It was tough to tell becuase it was a little smoother from e killing it. Also there was loud talking and commotion going at front desk basically all night. It wasn't complaing it was people talking loudly like they were outside or at a party. Woke me up multiple times from 12:30 am on till early this morning. So didn't sleep well at all. Ended up leaving later than I wanted because I was trying to get some sleep. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and after this stay not sure I will anymore

The elevator door moved extremely slow to open and close and there was only one elevator operating. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Fine if you don’t care about comfort.
The most uncomfortable mattress and pillows I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. You could feel the springs in the mattress. I tried flipping it but it did nothing. Pillows were flat and one had a different linen than the rest making it seem like it was left by another guest. I went to the target across the street and bought pillows to try to improve things. I’m shocked at how highly rated it was. We ended up going home early because we slept so poorly. The cleaning staff was constantly cleaning but were not friendly and a bit entitled as well (pushing onto the elevator before you could get off).

Overall, I’d stay again, but the beds are not comfortable. We’re staying one night, so it’s fine. Also, the beds are on metal box frames, so every move we make, it makes a popping noise. Thought this was no pets, but dog barking on the 2nd floor along with people being extremely loud in their rooms. Check in was super easy though and rooms were pretty clean. Our duvet had a few stains, which gives the ick, but hopefully it’s been washed and it just can’t be removed.

They have Jr Suites so 3 or more people can stay in the same quarters with the complete livingroom effect. What could be improved is a larger refrigerator, because the mini is too small.
