Worst hotel I ever been in my life
It was not clean people doing drugs in the hallway. Door was not secure. Someone will live in the room that they gave us and they did not know it. Half of the building is boarded up. All the room smelled bad and was not clean. Elevator did not work stairway was dirty Lot of people hanging out outside with homeless people selling and doing drugs very unsafe place to have your family

Property was nothing like its pictures on website. Extremely disappointed in the whole hotel experience. Room was not clean dirty pillowcases. Entrance to the hotel was not secured it was left open. When coming back from dinner pulled up and there was a man on sidewalk pants down urinating. Later was woken up with some female yelling to some guy how she wanted her money he owed her more money. It agreement went on for sometime. No phone in room to call front desk so i called 911. I know we could have left but i would not havengotten my money back so we stuck it out but did not feel safe at all. I do not recommend this hotel. From here on out i will be more careful in choosing a hotel.

The property looked abandoned when we arrived. Staff barely spoke to us and seemed inconvenienced by us being there. We booked a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke, there were also cigarette burned in the sheets. The toilet seat was painted and wobbly, the shower sprayed everywhere, leaving a soft spot on the ceiling above it. There were two doors to the room, one of which was completely useless from the outside and the lock on the inside of the room was broken off. Vending machine didn’t work, and the ice machine didn’t work. We killed multiple bugs inside the room and I took pictures of the holes in the walls and the blood on the walls. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone and I plan on writing another review on the actual quality inn site as well.

There is a sign on the property that after Aug 2025 the part of the building is not safe The price is low but I would not stay there if after looking at the condition it was offered as a free stay. Don't let the pictures fool you

Unpleasant front desk staff. Rooms are grubby and rundown. Had to retrieve the remote for the TV from the front desk myself because I guess they keep them away from guests so they don’t get stolen.

I didn't last even half an hour here. I checked in and discovered my room had a steady tub faucet leak, not a drip, but a stream, which made the whole room hot and humid. The latch lock was broken, and the pillowcases were stained. I requested another room and the hotel said there was no other rooms for us, so we had to leave. The hotel staff also lied and told expedia that they offerred us another room when they explicitly told us they were full. Only stay here if you have no other options.

On the internet the property and the rooms where beautiful. Once we arrived the room they gave us first had not been cleaned, dirty towels on the floor. So we called to front desk and thwy switched us to another room. We went down to front desk that not, thwy said we had to call maintenence. They next morning after not having a TV all night, the manager and maintenence guy came up and switched out the TV. In the bathroom it look like mold on the ceiling in the tub area. Our experience with this facility was not good. I wish i could send pictures.

Staff looked like skeleton crew, pile of trash in hallway, door to balcony was broken, lock was missing. Because door was not closed properly. Smelled humid and water mark on carpet of rain that had entered into room. Sheets are stained. Elevator not working. Smell of marjuana and smoke alarm in room cover with bag. No breakfast served. Experience is complete opposite of other quality inns .

Terrible experience. From a door that didn’t lock, to a broken toilet that wouldn’t flush, dirty comforter with cigarette burn holes, fire alarms going off in the hotel at 2am. Will never be staying here again.
