The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful when we had an issue with our television. The bed was very squeaky but the updated room was very clean and well-appointed, and the price was terrific.

Nice for the Price
We had a pretty nice stay. There were a few cosmetic things that need to be addressed in our room. There was a huge water spot above the air conditioner where it looks like the roof leaks. The ceiling itself in that area looked like someone just painted over damage and did not repair the damage. The room itself was very clean the beds were clean. The parking situation was a little tough the first night we stayed. The parking areas in front of the walkways should be be marked better so that cars do not block the walkways. We were forced to walk in the grass to get to our room. Also a huge box truck was allowed to take up six parking spaces and we had to park very far away from our room. It was a very busy weekend at the park and we knew the hotel would be pretty full. We just did not expect to come back and have to park all the way at the other end of the property to get to our room. Our stay was still Pleasant other than the parking situation. We will definitely stay here again. As we were cleaning up to leave my husband somehow slipped the room keys into the garbage. I panicked not having them to check out however the front desk staff was very understanding and very nice about it. Having a pleasant staff makes a huge difference!

Just stayed here overnight for a concert. Not very clean. Visited in August and the AC was turned off when I arrived making the room uncomfortable and took a long time to cool off. Around the property is not very clean and looks rundown.

Easy check in, great staff, comfortable bed. A safe comfortable night. FYI, when ordering delivery, make sure you have the correct RRI. Also, if you're a light sleeper, this property is right next to the thruway, you will hear the traffic.

Located by an amusement park. It was pretty quiet mid week. Room was small but clean. TV didn’t work but they let me know before i checked in. Only grip was i moved the bed because the A/C was blowing on my face and i found that they probably hadn’t swept the floor under the bed in weeks.

Overall is was fine. Close to Kings Dominion, it’s an ok place to sleep. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming. The condition of the grounds was unpleasant. There’s a tennis court between the properties that’s in major disrepair. The place was closed for a while. They’re painting the rooms and putting new furniture and bedding in them. The bathrooms need gutted, but they were clean enough. The place doesn’t add to your vacation experience. It’s a place to wait until the park opens.

Started off with a positive experience at the check in with a very nice gentleman at the desk. He was very attentive. The room served the purpose as we were passing through during this off year time. Room was clean and adequate for our needs.
