All the Employees that I came into contact work were EXTREMELY nice and happy that I was there. It reminded me of the Disney World employees. I met Sean at the front desk, Jay fixed my tv, and quite a few others whose names I didn't get. My ONLY request is that they wear name tags, bc I truly wasn't sure who the employees were that were not behind the desk.... they were all wonderful though! I will definitely be back.

It’s been a while since I’ve had exceptional customer service at a hotel. Tori, first point of contact was a gem. Very helpful, friendly and accommodation at check in. Later that evening Iesha was at the front desk and she was able to tell me about the are, where to get what I needed and on top of that any additional pillows, blankets etc… she made it happened. . The hotel was very clean. Showers had great water pressure and temperature. Rooms were clean. Loved the hardwood floors, you name it. Definitely will stay here again.

It’s convenient and allows pets. But I didn’t have any hand soap in the bathroom and there was a tiny roach I had to kill. The cleanliness and diligence in supplying amenities could definitely be better. But it’s a good price and convenient to the highway.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, but had some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was standard stuff but good and hot. Convenient to dining, Walmart, and Kings Dominion. Would definitely stay again.

Other than the Interstate noise all was splendid. Modern, clean facilities and an awesome shower, free breakfast and 24/7 Lavazza coffee in the Lobby - I will stay here again.
