Convenient place, good breakfast!
Very good breakfast served in sky bar, rooms (even best suites) are very basic, large parking, place near old town. Staff at reception hard working.

Simple but modern and comfortable hotel. Very clean and the rooms are well maintained and have AC. Excellent breakfast, especially for the price. Free parking and very easy to get to. Friendly service.

Excellent price/quality with some defects
For the price it was excellent. The location is a bit far away and check-in was really slow (took 40min). Also the second elevator was not in use and the air-conditioning was not in use in the common areas.

Information provided on the Hotels.com web page was inaccurate. No gym, no tooth paste or brush or sleepers at the hotel.was checked in into the room for the disability person, while not requesting one, extremely uncomfortable mattresses.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and free parking
Clean hotel and very friendly staff . A little bit far from the old town ( about 35 minutes walking or less 10 minutes drive ). The restaurant serve delicious food with a lovely view. There is a good number of free parking.

Great hotel for business stay
Hotel itself is nice with a big rooms, nicely refurbished. Has beautiful restaurant on top with great overview of rover harbour. Food is surprisingly great! However, city center is not nearby. If you visit northern part of Riga or on business trip - this is great location.

You will definitely enjoy this hotel!
if you are travelling for a business purpose and look for a hotel which offers you also free parking place, this is the one you need to go with! The restaurant in top floor is also good for dinner and lunch! The staff at reception and restaurant(not a part of the hotel but work together I guess) are very kind to you! It is not far away from the city center and this hotel is also suitable for the ones visiting riga just for having fun and walking around. There is a nearby tram line going to the center and it takes only 10-15 minutes to reach the old town! The only bad thing I can tell you about this hotel is that the WiFi was not working properly. I am sure they will work on this after my feedback!

Probably, I was just unlucky...
Booked here late, after midnight...booking confirmation didn't go through, good we sorted it out through phone with customer service, but some time was gone. I got superior room instead of standard, though. There was a bad internet signal at reception, but was promised it will be good in the room. It wasn't...then I found 2 long blonde woman hairs in bathroom. In the morning while I was in the shower it looked like I heard knocks on the door, step out to check and found housekeeper did open the door already, but didn't go in as probably saw my stuff in the room. Breakfast is on the 12th floor, so You got a nice view, bit relaxing. However, room was big and nice. As I said, probably I was just unlucky to get such a room and such a situation with hotel staff. Overall hotel is good, except location.

Nice, clean, but bit far away
The hotel is bright and new, and the restaurant on the top floor is a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The only negative is the location on the outskirts of the city near the port. That said, it's convenient if you have a car (rental), and taxis are very cheap that it never costs more than 4 or 5 EUR to get to the old town.

Filthy. Avoid it.
The woman receptionist was incredibly rude. She was reluctant on everything. She speaks good english but when it comes problem with room condition then she pretends she doesn't understand anything. There was no wifi connection in the room and she said come downstairs to use it. I asked to change the room she pretended she doesn't understand. i complained many times then she said rooms are fully booked. I've worked in hotels too so I know that full booking of rooms doesn't justify it. She agreed to change the room on the next day but then she didn't do anything on the next day. Room has poor soundproof you basically can hear every single word of your neighbours speak. Many hairs were found throughout the room and small piece of poo was found near the toilet too. Avoid it.
