Welcome to this beautiful oasis located in the luxury urbanization La Zenaida at Rincon de la Victoria with stunningly beautiful views of the mountains, the sea and the horizon from the terrace.

The atmosphere here is quiet, safe and relaxing. At the same time, you have all the necessities needed in the nearby surroundings.

The complex has a saltwater pool (50% salt, 50% Chlor), 2 smaller pools that are suitable for children and two paddle tennis courts.

The pool area is open almost all year round from 1/3 - 30/11, but please note it is closed during the siesta.

The newly built apartment provides a comfortable sense and with nice decor, it is the perfect setting for a holiday for the whole family!

The apartment is located on the top floor of the building and has a spacious terrace on the rooftop overlooking the mediterranean sea. There is sunbeds and a hammock on this terrace.

On the east side of the apartment there is a smaller terrace with garden furnitures, and a sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the view and the lovely atmosphere.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds. One of the bedrooms has sliding glass doors, with direct access to the terrace and you can wake up to a spectacular view!

There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of which has a bathtub and the other a shower.

The living room is located next to the fully equipped kitchen, and there is an inside "window" connecting the two rooms. The living room also has sliding glass doors that lead you out onto the terrace, and the apartment provides a wonderful light and an open and airy feel.


The city of Rincon De La Victoria is a 5-minute drive downhill. Population in winter is around 26,000.

Rincón de la Victoria is the starting point for the so-called "sun and avocado route '. This coastal town, surrounded by tropical vegetation and vast tracts of sugarcane plantations, located 12.5 kilometers from Malaga and 21.5 km from Velez-Malaga. It is a very popular place for Malagueños who come here during the summer months to enjoy the three kilometers of sandy beaches and chiringuitos (beach restaurants) specializing in fish, seafood and paella.

Two popular tours are along the sea to La Cala and the shrine of the city's protector, the Virgin del Carmen, which is embedded in the rock at the westernmost tip of the beach.

There is a wide selection of dining options.

• There are several super-markets nearby; they are all located within 5-10 minutes by car from the house (groceries and clothes).

• Caves: Those famous Treasure Cave, "la Cueva del Tesoro", located just outside of town in a residential area of ​​El Cantal. The Arabs covered their gold here.

• For golfers, golf course Rincón de la Victoria: Añoreta Golf Course, (3 km) Complete with training such as driving range, putting green with panoramic sea view on the 7th hole.

• Lighthouses. The two lighthouses dating back to the 14th century, located on a cliff about 30 meters above the sea

• Bezmiliana Fort from 1766 (military defense)

• 9km. long beach in Rincon De La Victoria

• Not too far away are: Nerja (Cuerva de Nerja) and Ronda.

The charming and very typical Spanish village of Benagalbon is 5 minutes away and is well worth a visit.

Frigiliana is 35 minutes away by car. Here you will find small villages with whitewashed houses and flowers. For example, visit the Church of San Antonio or the old granary.

Mostly as advertised and expected.
The major deficiencies were….Communication and response from our “key manager”; very poor. He seemed to be disinterested! The incredibly bad cooking odors from the adjacent apartment. Additionally; lighting throughout the apartment was problematic with flickering bulbs in several rooms as well as burnt out bulbs and not enough lighting in general. We actually purchased a lamp. Simple issues such as a second set of keys & lacking owners manuals for the appliances became issues. The second set of keys finally arrived and the door key did not work. Also, the front bathroom sink never had hot water. The same bathroom shower stall leaked badly. We have rented from European VRBO four times in the past two years and found the cleaning supplies here non existent. The cooking pots and pans & serving pieces were either old and abused or simply in short supply. The number of eating utensils were also in short supply. Another major issue was in changing the bed linen it was discovered how badly stained and unhygienic the mattresses are. Bed linen provided was one sheet per bed for five weeks and no mattress pad at all. In summary it appears that minimalism is the hallmark of this apartment. On the positive side; the location, the security, the indoor parking, the fantastic views from the beautiful terraces are to be complimented. The amenities, the pool, tennis courts and the cleanliness of all of the common areas were great. We would return, hopefully with some changes.

Great time with fantastic sea views
We had a great time in this apartment. It is well located with fantastic views of the Mediterranean , great terrace, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Little table wear, eg too few cups, glasses and cutlery, for the amount of people, which meant the dishwasher had to run far more frequently than really necessary. Nice pool area, quiet neighborhood and nice surrounding running and hiking trails.

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Ferienanlage
Die Lage der Ferienanlage La Zenaida war wie erwartet etwa 3,5 km vom Meer entfernt bergaufwärts. Ohne Auto nur für ganz sportliche Leute geeignet. Positiv: Der Preis dieser großzügigen Wohnung, viele technische Geräte ( haben wir aber alle nicht benutzt) Ein sehr freundlicher Housekeeper, der in perfektem englisch alles erklärt und Ausflugtipps gibt mit Liebe zu seiner Region. Toller Ausblick auf das Meer. Sehr große Dachterrassen mit guten Liegen und Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten mit sehr guten Matratzen Nette Stadt, schöner Strand, gute Tapasbars und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Negativ: Das sind alles Dinge die man sicher leicht verbessern kann, wurden auch z.T schon mehrfach in anderen Rezensionen benannt. Besteck ist nur minimalistisch vorhanden, wirklich nicht ausreichend für mehr als 2 Personen. Wir haben immer selbst gespült. Warmwasser im Bad funktioniert nur, wenn der Warmwasserhahn beim Durchlauferhitzer gleichzeitig leicht geöffnet wird. Sehr unökologisch! In den 2 Bädern war ständig Abwassergeruch. Eine kleine Armada von Abortfliegen kam uns 1× aus dem Abfluss eines Waschbeckens entgegen - nicht sehr angenehm. Den Backofen haben wir nicht benutzt, da er wohl seit längerem nicht gereinigt wurde.

Leuk appartement
Locatie is prima, 10 minuten van zee. Appartement is leuk maar spaarzaam ingericht. Warmwatervoorziening was een paar dagen buiten werking, nadat de loodgieter geweest was was het redelijk. Om te douchen moest je de warmwaterkraan in de wastafel ook openzetten. Rioollucht in de badkamer was hinderlijk. Waterkoker was beloofd maar is nooit gearriveerd.

Luksus lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt
Vi fik en særdeles venlig og kompetent modtagelse ved vores (forsinkede) ankomst. Omgivelserne er meget fredelige, men tæt på gode indkøbsmuligheder og ikke mindst på Rincon - en af vores favorit byer i Andalusien. Vi kan varmt anbefale både lejligheden og byen - der er stort set uden turister.
