All great! - for a budget hotel (not elegant but clean & everything working nice staff, good breakfast (included) & perfect location). Especially great if you can get for under $50 (for 1 person)

Great budget option! Clean, good air conditioning & hot water, good breakfast, nice staff, only 1 block up from center of Copa Beach!, surrounded by tons of shops & restaurants, & totally safe area. But note: rooms are very basic, so don't go looking for elegance. Again, great budget option (especially if you can get online for under $50 US). (Note: Ubers are very cheap, esp the motorcycle taxis to jump around; & don't miss nightly outdoor samba party at Pedra do Sal - about 20 mins away in Centro but worth it!)

Great team, great service. Friendly place.
Stayed in this hotel a few times, various rooms/floors. It's very basic and dated but my experiences have been positive overall. It's usually very clean but above all the staff are superb. Very helpful, very friendly...a winning team from the cleaners, porters to reception and cooks. Very pleased with the service and it makes up for what the building lacks (like charging/plug sockets in the rooms!) it is mostly good value, and the breakfast while simple..is good and fresh. Noise in some rooms is a little loud but I requested quieter rooms and had good success with that, comfortable sleep.

Great budget friendly hotel
The hotel was great for the price. It's nothing fancy but everything worked super well. The front desk staff were extra friendly, the housekeepers a little less but not enough to bother us. The breakfast was decent and the location amazing!! Booking it again next time I go to Rio!

They didn’t clean my room for 3 days or give me toilet paper despite various request from their WhatsApp. Called for them to clean my room and no one answered. This is my 110th night in a hotel this year alone. I’ve never seen anything like this. Breakfast is a zoo

We found many parasites crawling on our bed. The place is dirty and nasty. Looks very nice in the pictures but it is a nasty hotel. We contact management they did not even apologized. It was a night mare staying at this hotel.

Basic Hotel in a great location
A very basic hotel. Enough comfort completely satisfied - and absolutely nothing fancy. But it’s also extremely well priced. The staff are amazing and the lobby and general areas are clean. Breakfast is more than adequate. Location is five stars. Literally a block from famous Copacabana Beach.

Muy buen hotel
Muy lindo hotel, habitación y cama muy cómodas. Hay dos detalles uno no tiene telefono en la habitación para comunicarse a la recepción por alguna eventualidad y el otro es que tuvimos que reclamar toallas un dia porque no habian dejado. El personal y la comodidad son espectaculares y sirven un completo desayuno.

Great Stay and location… steps from Copacabana beach. Professional staff, Special Thanks to Martins, Concierge, for all his help, and the Reception Person on arrival Sept 19 and the same person( on check out Sept 23) Sorry could not remember your name. Large room, good linen & towels and toiletries. And the fabulous breakfast!!! Don’t forget to walk to Ipanema Beach- 2 klms. Beautiful différent landscape. Hoping to go back!!!!
