The staff of the hotel was very cooperative and helpful. When I moved in, the safe wasn’t working so they replaced it by my first request and did it almost immediately. The hotel was nice overall but felt a bit worn out, felt like it was last remodeled about 20 years ago, but nevertheless clean. Keep in mind that Copacabana is not necessarily the safest area for a tourist. I liked the hotel but my next time in Rio I will probably stay in Leblon or Ipanema.

Property and rooms were very clean. The staff was amazing. They have chairs, umbrellas, and towels across the street on Copacabana Beach. Two security watch over your belongings if you want to walk down to the beach. They deliver food and drinks from the beach bar. My balcony overlooked the beach and Christ the Redeemer.

I came to Rio for 5 days and absolutely enjoyed myself here. This hotel unlike most in Rio has a balcony! Thay at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind and made my stay that much more pleasant.

Absolutely the best staff I have encountered! They take care of every detail. We booked a suite and it was extremely comfortable with a great view. The location was excellent for beach, restaurants and bars. My first time in Rio….but not my last!

The location is excellent and the views of the beach are amazing, especially from the upper floors. The roof top pool and terrace also offers amazing 360 views and a great place for sunset. However, the rooms and the hotel in general are tired. We also a lot of small issues in the room: a dirty and broken chair, a broken lamp, taps functioning but not properly installed. In addition, given the price of the room, putting a Nespresso machine but having to pay for each pod is incredibly mean. Overall service was fine when asked but not particularly proactive or forthcoming. The views almost made up for it but it could/should be better.

Ripping people off. Charging 3.5-4 times more than they should of. Place is nice friendly staff but run very badly. Manager didn’t even want to come to speak to me regarding their extortionate prices because of a summit. Plenty of nice hotels along the strip who don’t rip people off. Be aware

Overall our stay was fantastic. Front desk and restaurant team members were always welcoming and friendly! The food at the onsite restaurant for dinner was phenomenal - well beyond our expectations. As was dinner and snacks by pool. Great location and walkable. What we did not like was that we had room refresh at the beginning of our stay. They took all the towels and didn’t leave any fresh towels. We got back from a walking tour wanting to shower and our phone did not work to call down to the front desk. So we went back down there to watch the front desk. Individual said they would send housekeeping up. The towels never arrived, we ended up getting our phone fixed and then had to call back down again. Overall, we ended up having to ask four times for fresh towels before they were brought to us the next day. This happened one more time again as well, And I explained what we had encountered earlier in our stay. Housekeeping came right up this time. The other thing which was weird was that our resfreshed bed had what looked like bug wings on it. Our stay was amazing besides the housekeeping aspect.

Overall the hotel was beautiful and my stay was pretty good. My only issues was the long wait to check in as I arrived early and the food was edible but overall bad 10/10 would not recommend. The room was beautiful designed. The staff overall was pleasant and the location is amazing.

Staff were super friendly and spoke very good English. The hotel is very clean and very close to the beach. The pool and rooftop bar was relaxing and the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxury stay in Rio.
