We had many troubles in this hotel, but the front desk guys and manager were very helpful and was trying to fix all the issue, they are amazing worker, thanks to them for making our stay better but unfortunotuly hotel condition is not for 4 star hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was a bit underwhelming, especially considering the price we paid. At over $1000 a night during the New Year period, we expected more. The hotel itself is quite dated and could really benefit from a renovation to enhance the guest experience. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t meet expectations either. The juices, particularly the orange and pineapple, tasted watered down, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which was appreciated. However, given the high price point, we expected a higher standard of service and overall quality. If you’re charging such a premium rate, the experience needs to match that level of expectation.

Not a great hotel. In the US it would be a 2.5 star motel. Too many issues to count like: - Bad WiFi - Gym horrible as small, dangerously bad equipment, hot - Noise from street passes through thin windows - Black out blinds do little and light floods the room - Warm water barely came out of sink faucet. - Old hotel and it shows. - Bed super hard - Location good though And breakfast buffet good.

Stay away do not book

This location was nothing as discribe or listed as a 4 star hotel. This is at best two. From mold on windows and fixtures. With the smell to match. The bathroom down was water damaged and wouldnt close and the room didnt even have a quilt with only a single top sheet. The hotel is extremely dated and run down. The rrof top pool only had two lounge chairs to service over 100 plus room. The staff were unwilling to and said they have a zero cancellation or other rooms available. Not sure how other have even give this place a positive review.

Bad rooms

This is a terrible so called 4 star property. The beds in room are extremely uncomfortable with smoke smell all over. Wifi is choppy and you have to go to reception area for better coverage. I would easily rate it as a 2 star hotel and wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a truly 4 star hotel experience.
