Everything is great at this hotel except for the breakfast. My partner is Brazilian and he said that the breakfast buffet wasn’t Brazilian enough. In my opinion, the quality of the buffet items was poor. The doughnuts were chewy for example. The eggs are a little runny. The coffee is not strong enough. Why did they decide they needed to be continental? Why didn’t they keep it traditional?

I was rob 1/2 block from the hotel .be very careful of anyone at night near or around Copa. There is zero police protection at night in this area near the hotel

Staff were great, had good english. Was a very busy hotel, obviously popular. Breakfast was great, huge selection. But its a very noisy hotel. Hallways are tiles so very lound. Plumbing needs work, your neighbours tap vibrates in your room walls which was soooo loud. So we were awake very early most mornings. But if your an early riser this wont worry you too much. Pool up on roof is great but small for the suze of the hotel. But what was really disappointed was only 5 POOL LOUNGE BEDS ??? Lots of tables and chairs to sit, and a lovely shaded upper deck lounge area, but if wanting to lay in the sun, good luck. Ofcourse you go to Cocabanna for the beach, but a pool break day was important to us. Us Ausdies are blessed with great beaches, so we love our Pool Resorts. Overall we loved the location, the reception & door staff... and for the price, happy with our choice.

There is no designated smoking area which is horrible for non smokers. I felt like I was suffocating when I tried to relax by the pool. Staff is welcoming. I’m a little disappointed that the shampoo and conditioner was empty in the shower upon my arrival.

The staff were excellent - welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived, Amazing included breakfast. Pool could have opened earlier or breakfast finish later as it was a rush to both have a morning swim and breakfast. Very convenient location close to Metro

It's convenient and I would consider staying again. It has plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, etc. nearby. Staff is polite and helpful. It's also a 7 min walk to the Copacabana strip. I got a basic/standard room on the 2nd floor and it was not the greatest, but the hotel overall wasn't a bad stay.

This is okay. The toilets had a very weak flush and one of the lights in my bathroom did not work. The sink faucet was also hard to turn. The wifi and tv worked great though. The signs in the elevator were old and faded. The location was very convenient.

Basic, barebones stay with strong AC
The service by the staff is great, they are attentive and accomodating, the AC while loud is strong. The state of the hotel though is rough; leaky faucets, old useless mirrors on the vanity, their linens smell of mold or smoke, the light fixtures have paint on them, the walls are poorly patched and have gaping holes from prior fixtures, some of the plates in their dining hall are chipped and should be recycled, the elevators are incredibly slow. Despite this, for the price point and location it is agreeable, but almost anywhere else in the world this is a 3 star hotel at best. Seems incredibly kid and lbtq+ friendly.
