O hotel fica dentro do shopping vogue . Ele é prático , tem várias opções de restaurantes no shopping . O check in foi rápido , quarto espaçoso . Recebi 2 cortesias de café e água no quarto . Café da manhã bom , sem opções sem glúten ou sem lactose ( espaço separado ) , na piscina , o bartender não pode nos ajudar, pq não tem antes de 12:00 . A dica ter alguém lá para oferecer algo na piscina .

Um hotel que tem o título de 4 estrelas, mas precisa fazer manutenções. Café da manhã ok, mas não é nível hotel 4 estrelas. Quartos e experienciais nível hotel 3 estrelas. De resto foi bem legal, mas considerando as 4 estrelas que o hotel diz ser, não faz sentido. Então não criem expectativas de hotel 4 estrelas.

Pior hotel de “luxo” que já fui na vida
R$3500 por duas noites e: — Staff muito despreparado e deselegante — Lençol rasgado — Toalhas manchadas, furadas e de PÉSSIMA qualidade (finas e barata) — pedimos duas águas no quarto e trouxeram A MÁQUINA DO CARTÃO para pagar na hora na porta do quarto, como se fôssemos fugir sem pagar as águas né kk totalmente deselegante — luz do espelho não funciona — Cobertor fedido — Luz do banheiro pessima em geral — TV não funcionava, veio técnico e nem ele tinha explicação e não conseguiu resolver. E estava podre de poeira em volta. — Não fizeram serviço de quarto mesmo depois de pedirmos, chegamos de noite e não tinham arrumado o quarto — 1 toalha de rosto e 2 de banho só (sendo que hotel desse nível normalmente tem que ter até 4 de cada) — solicitamos mais toalhas mas não trouxeram — 220v no hotel inteiro sem aviso — Sem água na cafeteira. O hóspede vai preparar café e quando vê tá sem água pq as camareiras não tem treinamento nem para abastecer a cafeteira — Sem kit de amenidades no banheiro. Apenas um sabonete bagaceiro e barato. — chão do quarto sujo, com pedaços de sujeira — Vista para um matagal horrível, sendo que dizia que era para uma igreja “muito bonita” — área de piscina pequena, sem climatização e chão todo sujo — pedimos uma tapioca no café da manhã e demorou mais de 20min e os croissants estavam crus no café Enfim, ainda por cima o hotel não é tão bonito e fashion como esperado. Muito melhor ficar em um de rede, pelo menos o padrão de serviço é bem mais alto.

Péssima experiência
Na recepção tive zero cortesia no atendimento. Cheguei as 22 hs e apos a recepcionista separar meu quarto, ela perguntou “se eu tinha alguma duvida”. Não deu nenhuma informação e perguntei se eu tinha duvida! No quarto nao havia cabides, nunca vi isso em minhas viagens. O cafe da manha foi otimo, mas quando pedi uma omelete, demorou muito, fui perguntar e a resposta foi que demorava de 20 a 30 min. Nao tinham me avisado e a cortesia na resposta foi zero. O controle remoto da Tv estava quebrado ao meio. Para terminar, me colocaram no quarto 123, acima do Bar do Zeca, extremamente barulhento! Zero cortesia em perguntar se eu queria dormir escutando samba até as 3:40 am! Coisa que obviamente eu nao queria. Enfim, muito caro e pouco retorno.

Needs serious improvements
The room was big, tidy and had a great bed and shower. However, there were holes in the duvet, stains on the headboard and scratches on the table. The breakfast was pretty bad and the tables there were all wobbly. The service at the rooftop was horrible. The checkin crew was great though.
