Na recepção tive zero cortesia no atendimento. Cheguei as 22 hs e apos a recepcionista separar meu quarto, ela perguntou “se eu tinha alguma duvida”. Não deu nenhuma informação e perguntei se eu tinha duvida! No quarto nao havia cabides, nunca vi isso em minhas viagens. O cafe da manha foi otimo, mas quando pedi uma omelete, demorou muito, fui perguntar e a resposta foi que demorava de 20 a 30 min. Nao tinham me avisado e a cortesia na resposta foi zero. O controle remoto da Tv estava quebrado ao meio. Para terminar, me colocaram no quarto 123, acima do Bar do Zeca, extremamente barulhento! Zero cortesia em perguntar se eu queria dormir escutando samba até as 3:40 am! Coisa que obviamente eu nao queria. Enfim, muito caro e pouco retorno.

Needs serious improvements
The room was big, tidy and had a great bed and shower. However, there were holes in the duvet, stains on the headboard and scratches on the table. The breakfast was pretty bad and the tables there were all wobbly. The service at the rooftop was horrible. The checkin crew was great though.

Convenient hotel inside Vogue Mall, spacious room, good bed. Parking is expensive and paid separately. Nice restaurants around just at walking distance.

Fashion hotel. What a joke. This hotel is dirty, small, the towels and sheets are filthy, old, and overused. I had to place my dirty clothes in the bed and lay on top of them, to not be disgusted by the bed sheets. Overall they sell the idea of a “concept hotel” when I. Reality this is a cheap 1-2 star hotel

It was great...now the quality is going downhill!
I've stayed at the Vogue Square Fashion Hotel by Lenny Niemeyer many times over the last three years. Its location is convenient for conducting business in Barra da Tijuca. Besides the protected parking offered by the Vogue Square Shopping Center, there are various good restaurants. On a recent Friday, I was disappointed to find a cheap, black metal chair in my room, a stark contrast to the plush and comfortable chair I was accustomed to. The window was also bolted shut, depriving the room of fresh air. Since I needed another room Saturday evening, I booked again—a different room—but the same cheap, black, rusty metal chair was in this room, too! The comforter on the bed was small, and the extra blanket in the room wasn't for a Queen-size bed—it was for a single bed! The bathroom lock didn't work (it was missing!), and there were no hand towels. I'm noticing a need for more attention to the small details that make all the difference when advertising first-class service.

PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO E PREPARO DA GERÊNCIA.
Minha experiência foi terrível. Atendimento péssimo, gerente sem a mínima capacidade para lidar com o cliente, funcionários desatentos, vários com a cara no celular sem nem olhar pro cliente e por conta disso, não deram informações necessárias. Meu carro foi multado em frente ao hotel, porque os funcionários estavam mais preocupados em olhar o celular do que orientar corretamente o cliente. Foi minha primeira vez e provavelmente a última. Nenhuma empatia com o cliente, todo mundo querendo tirar o corpo fora, caras emburradas e má vontade no atendimento.

Nice and modern, with a 1960"s touch in the room de decoration. Conveniently located beside a mall with several dining options, including bars with live music. Rooms are well isolated thus, night life is not an issue. Works well for both, businnes and leisure.
