Atendimento prestativo, mas limpeza a desejar.
No check in, atrasou 25 min. Recebemos um Upgrade de quarto, porém o mesmo ainda estava sujo. No armário, as roupas ficaram com manchas brancas. O sofá estava com sujeira. O quarto era grande, confortável. Cofre estava sem o miolo. Em 2 dos 3 dias de estadia, com lotação máxima do hotel, 1 dos 2 elevadores ficou com defeito, inoperante(o que funcionava, deixava um degrau no andar, falta manutenção) Frigobar no quarto era bem grande, e gelava muito bem.

Boa opção para viagem a trabalho.
Esse hotel é uma boa opção para quem vai a trabalho e precisa ficar pelo centro, ou se deslocar até o porto, ou até São José do Norte. Além disso ele oferece bons serviços e sua equipe é muito prestativa. Possui um restaurante com os preços um pouco acima do padrão, mas com bons pratos. A noite não é seguro andar a pé pelas imediações do Hotel .

Bem localizado, com bom restaurante. Preços justos pelo que oferece. Faz falta ter um estacionamento no local. Mesmo dispondo de manobrista com estacionamento a algumas esquinas, nao espere uma rápida entrega do carro. Pagamento só no final (WIN!).
